Service Call - Cancellation Fee?
Cancellations with less that 24 hours notice or cancellations upon arrival technician arrival on appointed time incur a $35 fee. Please call our office 512-769-2351 or email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours in advance of appointment time to avoid this fee in the future.
How much do you charge to come out and repair my sprinkler system?
It depends upon where you live. Our minimum service call fee for most of Central Austin (south of Parmer, west of Decker, north of Slaughter, and east of 360) is $100. In order to cover travel time, our minimum service call fee increases the farther we travel from our headquarters in the Rosedale neighborhood. Some examples, Onion Creek and Pflugerville ($125), Steiner Ranch($125) and Cedar Park ($125) Lakeway, Leander, Georgetown and Dripping Springs ($155).
What is meant by "minimum service call fee"?
It’s the minimum we charge to visit your property, whether we are there fifteen minutes or one hour. After one hour, we charge our regular hourly rate, which is $100 for one technician or $150 for a two-man crew. We are generally able to fix most problems within an hour or two.
If you do the repair in an hour and a half, will I get charged for two hours?
No, you will only be billed for an hour and a half.
Whats it going to cost to fix my system?
It depends on what the problem is and how long it takes us to fix it, but here are some ballpark figures to give you a general idea: Installing a new RPZ ($675), Installing a new DCVA ($575), Replacing a valve ($135-$225), Replacing a head ($20), Replacing a rotor ($40), Adding a head to an existing zone ($75-125 depending upon the distance), Adding a zone to an existing system ($500-$750), Installing drip irrigation ($1.50 per foot up to 100 sq ft, $1.25 per foot up to 250 sq ft, and $1 per foot up to 500 sq ft), Installing a pressure regulator ($350), Replacing a solenoid ($100-175), Installing a rain sensor ($125 if it’s wired, $175 for wireless, and Installing a new controller ($300-600 depending on the number of zones (4-16 zone controllers, typically) and whether it’s indoor or outdoor, wifi enabled, etc).
How soon can I get on the schedule?
It depends upon the time of year and scope of work. In the spring we’re often so booked we might not be able to get to your place for several weeks, but the rest of the year we should be able to get to you within a week and quite often just a day or two. Priority is given to past clients.
What if I have an emergencyI have a major leakand need someone to come out NOW?
Shut off the water at the main valve. You no longer have an emergency.
Do you install new systems?
Yes, we do. Please fill out our online form and we will contact you and setup and appointment at your property as soon as possible. We require an email when giving you an estimate. All written estimate are delivered via email from our email@example.com email address. Please add this email to your contacts otherwise the estimate might go to your spam folder.
Do you give free estimates?
We have a $75 estimate fee to cover our travel and overhead for new systems and any new customer repair requests. Any large scale commercial larger residential property ( larger than ¼ acre), we have a $300 estimate fee. For repairs, we may provide a verbal "ballpark" estimate over the phone if you request one based on your description of the problem. We will bill actual hours required to correctly fix the problem.
How soon can I get a new system installed?
We are typically 5-7 days after deposit receipt for residential, but can be longer during the busy season. Any permitting/HOA requirements can add additional time for approvals.
Im happy with the estimate you sent me and want to get on the schedule. What do I do now?
Just sign the contract, return it to us along with a deposit of half the total price, and we’ll put you on the schedule.

To pay you can mail us a check or use a credit card by using PayPal. You can also use a credit card by calling our office 512-769-2351.
